Position : French Electronic Helpdesk Support

Industry : Shared Services

Location : Rosario, Cavite

Salary : PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 gross

Schedule : Night Shift

Work Set-up : Hybrid (Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup - 3 days onsite and 2 days wfh)

Requirements :

⦿ Proficient in French and English language both verbal and written

⦿ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

⦿ Knowledgeable in power (electricity), drives / industrial control

⦿ Background in CS / TSR / IT and related field is a plus

⦿ Willing to be flexible and can work onsite if the job needed

Responsibilities :

⦿ Provide Technical product application support for circuit Protection, Distribution Equipment and Industrial Controls

⦿ Assist Customers and Client concerns using Product selection and configuration

⦿ Post-sales technical support for product line and product selection Services

⦿ Ensure to provide navigation for proper application set up
