DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Oversees the overall day-to-day operations of the Branch, ensuring business growth, productivity, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage branch activities and lead the team of sales associates to ensure efficient execution of all tasks.
Conduct daily reviews of branch operations to support continuous improvement and progress.
Track daily production and loan releases, and provide consistent updates on branch performance.
Foster strong relationships with clients and staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement sales initiatives and action plans aligned with company goals.
Prepare and submit timely reports on branch achievements and operational standing to the Immediate Superior.
Address client issues or concerns elevated by team members, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.
Perform other tasks relevant to branch operations as assigned.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related field preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in branch operations in either a supervisory or managerial role.
Background in lending or financing is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong marketing expertise with solid knowledge of products and industry practices.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written), strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and effective interpersonal skills.
Can handle customer concerns professionally and reach amicable resolutions.
Highly persuasive, target-driven, resourceful, adaptable, innovative, and analytical.
