Requirements

- College Undergraduate with at least 1-year BPO experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales or pitching, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
