Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding billing, sales, and service concerns in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and resolutions to customer accounts, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process account updates, adjustments, and requests while maintaining data confidentiality and accuracy.
Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate to meet performance targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and sales goals.
Document customer interactions in the system following company standards.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
Qualifications :
At least 1 year of CSR experience in billing and / or sales account in a BPO setting.
At least 2 years in college OR Senior High School graduate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
Proficient in problem-solving, negotiation, and handling objections.
Willing to work onsite
Flexible to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously.
