Job descriptionLead personal outreach online, face-to-face conversations at events, host tours, and engage with our programming to add energy to the community Research prospects and cultivate relationships to explore potential membership or sponsorship Tailor proposals for CSR and brand partnerships to align with a win–win–win philosophy Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Experience in creative, cultural, or community-focused environments is a plus Ability to work in Manila and build relationships within local circles Manage and enhance relationships with partner restaurant chains through regular, personal contact with the restaurant manager Renegotiate contract terms such as commission rate or minimum basket size Encourage backlinking or splash pages to boost orders Design and improve aftersales processes and CRM systems Identify and recruit best partner restaurants for the corporate menu and monitor performance Negotiate exclusive deals to increase orders while maintaining partner quality Ensure customer experience across partner restaurants remains high Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years’ lead or account management experience, preferably in F&B Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Fluent in English and Filipino Location-based postings include various sites in the Philippines (e.g., Tarlac, Baguio, La Union / Dagupan, Mandaluyong) Role variants for different cities may exist with similar responsibilities Manage medium to large enterprise accounts and drive renewals, upsells, and expansions Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements and maximize value Provide market feedback to refine commercial strategies Prepare proposals and close deals aligned with client objectives Act as a strategic bridge between clients and product / operations / finance / legal Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline, and report progress Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or related field 1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer management Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple accounts Proficiency with CRM tools; knowledge of HubSpot or similar preferred English and Filipino language skills Competitive package with allowances, health insurance, and opportunities for promotion On-site and flexible work arrangements Team events and a diverse, international team
