The Job

We’re hiring a skilled and versatile Cloud Engineer to play a pivotal role in the performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud infrastructure that supports a growing portfolio of ESG solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to design robust AWS environments, optimize performance, ensure compliance-readiness, and even engage with user analytics to shape product experience from the back end. You’ll work cross-functionally with DevOps, product, and operations teams to deliver secure and efficient cloud infrastructure that drives real-world impact.

Responsibilities :

  • Architect, manage, and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.)
  • Ensure scalable and secure cloud environments, aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework
  • Monitor and improve application and infrastructure performance using tools like JMeter, CloudWatch, New Relic, or Datadog
  • Support low-code development and deployment workflows
  • Set up and analyze user experience analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity)
  • Define data backup, retention, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Document and uphold compliance, security, and audit-ready practices across systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and product teams to align infrastructure with business goals

    • The Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
  • You bring 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure
  • You’re proficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js)
  • You have experience with both relational and NoSQL databases
  • You’re detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments
  • You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving skills
  • You are highly adaptable and team-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
  • You’re eager to build in public and contribute to an ESG-focused mission
