Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience : Typically 1–3 years of experience in an Software QA Testing role.
- Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Manual Testing :
Ability to manage and execute tests using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) .
Familiarity with various testing types : functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and E2E.Proficiency in the defect management lifecycle.Methodology : Practical knowledge or experience working within Agile / Scrum environments.Automation : Entry to mid-level proficiency.Testing Tools : (Experience with or a strong willingness to learn) :JIRA, Zephyr, Figma, and Confluence.
Postman (for API testing).Playwright.Soft Skills : Assertive communicator, enthusiastic learner, accountability-driven, and proactive in seeking feedback for professional growth.Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Certification : ISTQB Foundation Level certification.Automation : Direct exposure to automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium .API Testing : Hands-on experience with API testing.Domain Knowledge : Previous experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting products and services.Specialized Testing : Experience with Performance and / or Accessibility testing.Working Arrangement : Enjoy a balanced Hybrid Work Setup , featuring 2 days of remote work and 3 days of collaborative onsite each week.
