Regional Engineering Head

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Head to oversee the engineering operations of our Laguna and Pangasinan Plant. As the Regional Engineering Head, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our engineering functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cabuyao City Laguna.

What you'll be doing

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the engineering teams across the Laguna region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices

Oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of engineering projects and initiatives to optimise equipment performance, energy efficiency and maintenance

Manage and develop a team of skilled engineers, technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Analyse operational data, identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance productivity, reliability and cost-effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with broader business operations

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory requirements, and adapt engineering practices accordingly

Champion a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental sustainability across all engineering-related activities

What we're looking for

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in an engineering leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry

Proven track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing engineering teams

Excellent technical expertise and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative engineering solutions

Strong project management and budgeting skills, with the ability to prioritise and allocate resources effectively

Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive continuous improvement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Passion for driving operational excellence and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and sustainability

Must be willing to work on Saturdays
