Job descriptionHighly organized and proactive, anticipating needs. Experience in Project Management, Operations, or Executive Assistance. Extremely reliable and able to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills for sensitive, high-pressure situations. Ability to multitask and prioritize across functions. Willing to work overtime and weekends, especially initially. Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution. Assist in strategic planning and company-wide projects. Manage and improve workflows and documentation. Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and flagged communications. Act as gatekeeper, prioritizing essential tasks. Prepare high-level documents and reports. Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions. Support cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, IT, HR, and Operations. Coordinate projects and ensure accountability. Use Microsoft 365 tools : MS Teams, Outlook, Planner, Azure Boards, To-Do. Leverage AI & automation tools like ChatGPT and others. Optimize processes via technology and automation. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and AI tools. Stable internet, quality tech setup for virtual meetings. Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to handle pressure. Direct leadership collaboration in a fast-paced startup. Broad exposure to project, operations, and executive management. Career advancement and leadership opportunities.
