You'll be the critical first point of contact for prospective patients who respond to our television advertising campaigns, playing a vital role in connecting people with life-changing healthcare solutions. Responsibilities :
Return patient calls within 5-10 minutes of receiving lead notifications via email
Conduct 12-minute average phone conversations with prospective patients, primarily older adults
Listen to patients discuss their medical conditions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
Book qualified patients directly into the clinic's scheduling software during the call
Provide directions and logistics information to newly scheduled patients
Handle approximately 50-60 patient callbacks per week
Respond immediately to incoming lead notifications throughout the workday
Maintain high conversion standards for high-ticket patient programs
Requirements :
Experience with healthcare patient communication and scheduling software a must
Sales or appointment setting experience a plus
Strong verbal communication skills for working with older adult patient population
Ability to work flexibly and respond immediately when patient leads come in
Knowledge of appropriate medical communication protocols (what to say and not say)
Capability to multitask and stop current activities to handle urgent patient callbacks
Experience with booking systems and patient management software
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy requirements
