JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management plus strong knowledge of operational processes, risks and controls.

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Quezon City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Conduct risk assessments to find potential hazards and vulnerabilities in all organizational practices, from strategic and operational to financial and compliance-related.

Create risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate identified risks.

Scrutinize internal and external data to identify emerging risks and opportunities, and assess risk-reward scenarios.

Handle insurance procurement, claims management, and relationships with brokers and third-party service providers.

Present findings and risk assessments to management and stakeholders
