Location : Ground Floor One E Com Bldg. Harbor Drive, MOA Complex, MOA Complex, Pasay City

Position : Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Start Date : October 22, & 29, 2025

Salary Range : 14,000 - 18,500 (with Star Rewards & OT Premium Incentives)

Job Overview :

Assist clients in managing financial transactions, billing, and inquiries. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who want to grow in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries related to billing, payments, and account management
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all transactions
Provide professional, courteous, and timely assistance
Maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies

Qualifications :

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Higher

With or Without BPO Experience

Good analytical, communication, and multitasking skills

Amenable to onsite work at MOA
