Active USRN License of any state (NY preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a US Healthcare account (Utilization Management Review and Clinical Appeals)
Experience with utilization of Interqual / MCG Guidelines
Exposure to Inpatient / Concurrent reviews
Night shift schedule

With at least 1 year experience as a trainer in BPO setup
