As a Telemarketer, you will be a key representative of our organization, connecting with potential clients and promoting our diverse range of products or services.
Scope of Work & Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to both warm and cold leads provided by the company.
- Promote products, services, or special offers (e.g., individual, family, seasonal packages) to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and detailed product knowledge.
- Accurately record call outcomes and maintain comprehensive client information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with other internal departments for lead handover, scheduling, and escalation of complex issues.
- Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call volume targets.
Qualifications
Proven background in telemarketing, telesales, or a customer service / call center role is highly preferred.Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills are essential.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities with a focused, results-oriented approach.Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus.
