Position : Client Legal Intake Analyst

Company Industry : Law Firm- Shared Services

Location : Taguig

Salary Offer : Php 25,000-30,000 (Negotiable)

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday

Work Set Up : hybrid setup

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree or experience in client onboarding, compliance, or a related role

At least 1-3 years experience working in a legal or law firm setting.

Amendable to attend interviews

Amenable to start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Taguig

Job Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive support to the Firm, Partners, and offices throughout the New Business Intake (NBI) process.

Assess new client and matter submissions in the Firm’s intake system to confirm accuracy and completeness.

Evaluate engagement and assignment letters to ensure alignment with Firm standards.

Work closely with team members to exchange best practices and recommend process enhancements.

Assist with team projects and special initiatives as required.
