About the Role

• This isn’t just a check-the-boxes audit job. You’ll be diving into live loan files, catching compliance gaps before they become problems, and using smart tools (like ChatGPT) to make everything faster, smoother, and smarter.
  
• You’ll cover three key audit types: initial loan disclosures, active loan pipeline checks, and a weekly compliance report that helps keep everything above board.
  

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Audit state-specific initial loan disclosures for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Cross-check loan pipelines using Airtable, Arive, and lender portals.
  
• Track down missing docs and follow up with teams.
  
• Use AI to generate audit reports and format professional feedback emails.
  
• Run a weekly Monday audit to keep regulatory filings spot-on.
  
• Escalate trends or patterns in processor errors to help the team level up.
