IT Project Manager (Retail / Supply Chain Preffered)

We're Hiring : IT Project Manager (retail / supply chain preferred)

Makati City | Full-Time

Work Setup : Hybrid (First 4 months onsite for transition, then 2 days WFH + 3 days onsite)

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | Compressed Work Week (9 hours + 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities :

Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and ensure flawless execution.

Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships, communicate updates, and address concerns promptly.

Team Leadership – Guide and motivate project teams, clarify roles, and foster collaboration.

Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, create mitigation plans, and escalate when necessary.

Performance Monitoring – Track progress, analyze outcomes, and adjust scope / schedule as needed.

Documentation & Reporting – Maintain project documentation and present progress reports to management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably handling IT Solutions projects in retail or supply chain
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Clarizen, Planview, MS Project, Monday, Asana, Trello, Jira)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (a plus)
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, and Hybrid methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills — confident with C-level stakeholders
