Job description
  • Lead and scale the Digital Marketing Team
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, with systems that allow the team to scale sustainably as the company and client portfolio grow
  • Plan and allocate team resources effectively, ensuring capabilities and bandwidth match current and future needs
  • Oversee paid media from end to end
  • Drive the planning, buying, execution, and reporting of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and marketplace ads / solutions (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora)
  • Ensure quality, efficiency, and performance across all stages of the campaign lifecycle
  • Drive performance and forecasting
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as GMV, NMV, return / cancellation rates, AOV, UPT, traffic, conversion rate, cost-income ratio, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and ad revenue
  • Forecast sales contributions from digital marketing and work with leadership to align on targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally
  • Work closely with Client Services, Creative, Operations, and other departments to ensure strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly
  • Optimize the customer journey through digital initiatives to support stronger media and commercial performance
  • Maintain expertise and raise the bar
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and understand what best-in-class execution looks like
  • Bring in fresh ideas and make strategic improvements to elevate the company’s digital marketing service
  • Own accountability and reporting
  • Set clear performance standards and ensure consistent delivery across the team
  • Lead regular reporting cycles and ongoing process improvements
