Oversee paid media from end to end
Drive the planning, buying, execution, and reporting of campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic platforms, and marketplace ads / solutions (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora)
Ensure quality, efficiency, and performance across all stages of the campaign lifecycle
Drive performance and forecasting
Monitor and improve KPIs such as GMV, NMV, return / cancellation rates, AOV, UPT, traffic, conversion rate, cost-income ratio, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and ad revenue
Forecast sales contributions from digital marketing and work with leadership to align on targets
Collaborate cross-functionally
Work closely with Client Services, Creative, Operations, and other departments to ensure strategies are aligned and executed seamlessly
Optimize the customer journey through digital initiatives to support stronger media and commercial performance
Maintain expertise and raise the bar
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and understand what best-in-class execution looks like
Bring in fresh ideas and make strategic improvements to elevate the company’s digital marketing service
Own accountability and reporting
Set clear performance standards and ensure consistent delivery across the team
Lead regular reporting cycles and ongoing process improvements
