Job Summary
The HR Head is responsible for overseeing the human resources function, developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning : Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Management : Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Develop talent management programs to retain and develop employees.
- Employee Engagement and Culture : Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement. Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Performance Management : Develop and implement performance management systems. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Manage HR-related risks and disputes.
- Employee Development and Training : Develop and implement training and development programs. Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
- HR Operations : Oversee HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and employee records.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Head or similar role.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to drive change and innovation in HR.Skills
