Role Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven HR Assistant Manager to lead all facets of human resources—covering recruitment / talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners closely with senior leadership to support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding) to support all business units.

Design, implement and manage compensation & benefits programmes (salary benchmarking, bonus schemes, health / insurance benefits, etc.).

Manage performance review cycles, talent development and succession planning.

Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labour laws and company guidelines.

Act as a strategic partner to business units on workforce planning, organisational design and change initiatives.

Oversee employee relations, retention strategies, culture & engagement programmes.

Maintain HR metrics and analytics, deliver reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with demonstrated exposure to recruitment + compensation & benefits.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labour law and HR best practices.

Proven track record of managing full-spectrum HR activities in a company of size medium to large size.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Confident in data-driven HR (metrics, analytics).

Proactive, strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits :

Monthly salary in the range of ₱55,000 – ₱70,000 (to be commensurate with experience and qualifications).

Standard benefits : 13th month pay, government mandated benefits, health insurance / medical coverage, performance bonus (if applicable), professional development opportunities.
