Join HR TechX Corp. as a Finance Manager overseeing financial operations for the property, commercial, and retail sectors.

Job Title : Finance Manager

Location : Taguig

Work Schedule : Compressed Work Week Monday to Thursday, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM | Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end financial operations including general accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to support business decision‑making.
  • Monitor and analyze cash flow, P&L statements, balance sheets, and variance reports.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage sales revenue performance of the stores and analyze revenue trends and margins.
  • Supervise billing, invoicing, and collection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
  • Lead annual budgeting process and prepare regulatory filings and tax returns.
  • Leverage SAP and other financial systems to enhance reporting accuracy.
  • Mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.
  • Partner with senior management and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
  • Minimum of 6 years progressive finance or accounting experience, preferably in property management, commercial real estate, or retail.
  • Proven expertise in sales revenue management, billing, collection, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
  • Hands‑on experience with SAP or other enterprise financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
