Overall Duties And Responsibilities

  • Leads the CRM function, which covers all aspects of direct marketing campaign development and execution, including precision marketing practices, customer lifecycle management, analytics and insight mining, and channel management.
  • Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.
  • Leads the continuous improvement of CRM processes, practices, tools, and skill sets to drive more effective campaign development, execution, and portfolio optimization.
  • Champions the use of customer lifetime value as the north star for all company initiatives, CRM or otherwise.

  • Customer : Monthly Active Users, Daily Active Users, Transaction Frequency, Transaction Value.
  • Financial : Customer Revenue, Customer Contribution Margin, Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Process : Campaign Development Throughput, Campaign Execution SLA Compliance, Campaign Execution Quality.
  • People : Creates a highly collaborative culture founded upon principles of Supportive Leadership and Radical Candor.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, economics, or industrial engineering.
  • MBA from a top global program or previous experience in strategy consulting is a plus.
  • 10+ years of working experience in marketing, strategy, or analytics functions. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
