Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees most specifically recruitment of Kasambahay.
Maintain and update employee records in HR 201 Files.
Support employee relations efforts by responding to employee inquiries and concerns.
Help organize and coordinate HR events such as training sessions, orientation, and team-building activities if needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist clients and applicants to our office about their concerns and directly report to your Immediate Superior.
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memos, and HR reports if necessary.
Monitor and maintain office supplies for the HR department and coordinate to the Main office about lacking supplies in the office.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
