CAM :
1. Data Generation : Ability to generate precise toolpaths and NC code for various mold components.
2. Model Optimization : Skilled in converting and preparing 3D CAD data into production-ready models for CNC manufacturing.
3. Strategic Machining : Strong ability to select and implement the most efficient machining strategies (e.g., high-speed milling, 5-axis, or EDM) to meet quality and deadline requirements.
4. New Tooling Development : Proven experience in managing full-scale CAM data creation for new mold projects, from initial setup to final output.
CNC :
1. Manual Programming : Ability to perform manual data input (MDI) for simple shapes.
2. High-Efficiency Machining : Proven experience in multi-part machining utilizing Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) for optimized production.
3. Precision Geometry : Skilled in machining complex geometries, including tapered surfaces and draft angles essential for plastic molds.
4. Advanced Milling : Proficient in profile milling (contour machining) to achieve high-accuracy mold shapes.
Must :
Priority points that interviewers look at
1. Experience of working with the CAM System
2. Experience in making drawings (only in the mold field)
3. Has own car or motorbike (For overtime work when they have any trouble)
4. No experience working at a company with a union organization
