Salary : 20,000 - 25,000

Required Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Registered Nurse
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in the same field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to render overtime
• Willing to do shifting schedule

Job Description :

1. Performs registered professional nursing services within the context of current nursing practices.

2. Accompany the patient to the nearest hospital under the order of the doctors (if any) for further medical evaluation and management; respond to emergency cases within the workplace and prepare an appropriate incident report.

3. Takes charge of handling the requisition, safekeeping, and maintaining the inventory of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and such, and shall act as property custodian.

4. Responsible for the preparation of the annual physical examination (APE), drug testing, and other medical activities

5. Shall act as a property custodian with regards to the company uniforms, shoes, hairnet or cap, bunny suit, etc.

6. Monitors, checks, and recommends amendments to clinic forms, when necessary, with the approval of the immediate superior.
