Job descriptionProvide accurate information about products, promotions, and services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently. Assist in processing sales transactions.. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for replenishment. Prepare sales reports and update customer records when necessary. Uphold company standards in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork.
Salary : 20,000 - 30,000
Required Experience :
- College graduate of any course
- Must have experience as a Sales Staff or in a similar sales role for at least 3 years.
- With a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
- Computer literate (MS Office and related applications)
