Job description

Position- Associate Vice President

Role- End to End-Transition(Banking & Financial Services)

Location- MOA, Philippines (Onsite-Work from Office)

Shift- Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

  • Should have hands-on experience of migrating processes
  • Hands on experience in Transition / Implementation / Project management
  • Hands on experience in Voice Processes.
  • Develop and implement transition plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, technology).
  • Manage client relationships and communication.
  • Team Leadership, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Management

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in transition management, experience in Insurance / Banking Vertical.
  • Strong knowledge of capital market transactions and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Desirable :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
  • PMP, PgMP certification (preferred)
