Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts

Handle BIR filings, including VAT, EWT, 1701 / 1702, 2316 / 2307, and other tax requirements

Process monthly, quarterly, and annual tax compliance

Prepare financial statements, reports, and schedules

Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements and financial records

Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies

Assist with audits and external reporting as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field

With experience in bookkeeping and BIR filing

Knowledgeable in Philippine tax laws and accounting standards

Proficient in MS Excel, accounting systems (QuickBooks / Xero / similar) is an advantage

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Residing near Imus, Cavite or willing to work onsite
