Job description

Support event coordination, content creation, and marketing initiatives for a global no-code insurance platform in a fully remote, international environment.

Your Role :

  • Supporting the planning and execution of CoverGo-hosted events, partner webinars, and major regional industry conferences.
  • Conducting research on event opportunities across regions to identify speaking, sponsorship, and networking prospects.
  • Coordinating event logistics, branding, speaker preparation, promotions, and post-event content.
  • Working closely with regional sales and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery across all event touchpoints.
  • Creating engaging organic social media content, especially for LinkedIn, focused on products, thought leadership, and company milestones.
  • Collaborating with internal experts to facilitate thought leadership content, including interviews, quotes, and article support.
  • Working closely with a marketing designer to bring content to life visually.
  • Preparing or assisting in creating video scripts, storyboards, and screen recordings to support designer-led editing.
  • Drafting and publishing event-related materials, including invites, promotional posts, and recaps.
  • Helping prepare and update sales and product marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and visuals.
  • Supporting PR efforts, including drafting press-ready quotes, story angles, and background notes.
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all content and marketing assets.
  • Assisting in analyzing campaign performance, with a focus on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
  • Conducting ongoing competitor research to track trends, messaging, and positioning.
  • Helping monitor content performance and suggesting improvements based on engagement and data.

About You :

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internship experience welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfort working with designers and supporting light content creation, including video.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
