Role Overview

The Workforce Optimization Analyst is responsible for analysing, forecasting, and planning workforce supply and demand, and talent needs and gaps to ensure that an organization has the right people with the right skills to support its business objectives.

Role Responsibilities

The Workforce Optimization Analyst is responsible for (but not limited to) :

• Analysing, implementing and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans
• Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals
• Collecting, interpreting and evaluating workforce metrics to provide data driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting and business scenario planning; reviews processes and monitors plan effectiveness
