Property Management Accountant (QuickBooks Specialist)

This is a remote position.

Schedule : Flexible within Eastern business hours (with daily or weekly catch-ups)

Total Weekly Hours : 40 Hours

In this role, you’ll oversee billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating closely with property owners and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Perform general accounting and bookkeeping tasks while maintaining accurate financial records

Enter bills and expenses into property management software

Manage billing processes for property owners

Assist with month-end close procedures and reconciliations

Reconcile bank accounts in QuickBooks

Support overall financial operations and reporting initiatives

Requirements

Proven accounting and bookkeeping experience

Proficiency with QuickBooks software

Experience with property management software (preferred)

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to financial accuracy

Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including property owners

Scope

Work within property management software and QuickBooks

Interface directly with property owners regarding billing matters

Support month-end financial reporting and process improvements
