Job Description :
General Accountant plays a central role in maintaining an organization’s financial health, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in financial reporting.
General Ledger Maintenance : Prepare, analyze, and reconcile general ledger accounts; manage journal entries and ensure accurate accruals and postings.
Payroll Processing oversees the end-to-end process of employee compensation. This includes the accurate and timely computation of wages, deductions, benefits, and tax filings, while maintaining confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
Billing & Collection prepare and issue Statement of Accounts (SOA), sales invoices, and receipts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related course.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Experience with NZ clients & Xero system.(a plus)
Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork.
Proficiency in financial software and systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of an office-based team.
