Area Supervisor for Clothing & Fashion Retail

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Supervisor to oversee multiple store operations within the Manila area , with the potential to be relocated or permanently assigned to Northern Luzon . This is an excellent developmental opportunity for someone with a strong fashion retail background who is ready to take the next step toward becoming an Assistant Manager or Manager .

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Supervisors and front-line staff to achieve store KPIs.
• Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and in-store promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and reduce shrinkage or losses.
• Analyze store performance data and recommend strategic improvements.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with retail operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing needs, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Serve as the point person for escalations and inter-department coordination.
