About the Role
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and experienced Human Resources Head to lead the HR Department and drive the organization’s people strategy. The HR Head will oversee all aspects of human resources management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with legal requirements, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture. This role requires close collaboration with all departments to support employee growth, engagement, and performance across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- 2. Human Resources Systems and Information Management
- Manage HR information systems and processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- 3. Organizational Development
- Review and optimize the company’s organizational structure and job leveling.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals in line with best practices.
Drive manpower succession planning and workforce development initiatives.
4. Compensation and Benefits AdministrationOversee salary structure, benefits programs, and performance-based promotions.Ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with company goals and market standards.5. Performance ManagementImplement and manage performance appraisal systems and evaluation processes.Provide coaching and guidance to improve employee performance and development.6. Employee Relations and EngagementFoster effective employee relations and handle grievances with professionalism and empathy.Lead employee motivation, retention, and recognition programs.
Implement team-building initiatives and employee wellness activities.7. Legal and ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.Provide legal advice and support on employment-related issues.Manage employment terminations, resignations, and exit interviews.8. Learning and DevelopmentAssess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact on performance.9. Attendance and Leave ManagementOversee attendance systems, leave administration, and timekeeping policies.10. Outsourcing and Vendor ManagementManage relationships with outsourced service providers, ensuring quality and compliance.Expectations
Proven hands-on experience in Human Resource Management across various HR functions.Strong leadership skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Highly detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Officer or in a similar capacity.Experience in leadership or managerial HR roles is a strong advantage.Base and Employment Type :
