Job descriptionMeasure, cut, form, and assemble materials including but not limited to acrylic, sintra, Operate fabrication tools and equipment such as cutters, welding machines, bending Fabricate, assemble, and test LED and neon signage components, including electrical Perform surface finishing processes such as vinyl application, lamination, painting, Assemble complete signage systems including frames, backing panels, lightboxes, LED Ensure high precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to quality standards in all Prepare all tools, materials, and equipment required for on-site installation. Install various types of signage including wall-mounted, freestanding, hanging, Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and secure mounting of all installed signage. Perform electrical connections for LED and neon signs in accordance with electrical and Conduct site measurements and inspections prior to installation to verify project Coordinate with clients, engineers, or site representatives as needed during installation. Observe and enforce all occupational health and safety standards and protocols at all Inspect finished signage to verify accuracy, functionality, and conformity with approved Conduct maintenance, repairs, and replacements on existing signage, including lighting Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the fabrication area and during Ensure that all tools, machinery, and materials are properly handled, maintained, and Promptly report any issues concerning quality, materials, or safety to the Production Assist in the handling, loading, unloading, and transport of signage materials and Collaborate with designers, painters, electricians, and other members of the production Support other fabrication, maintenance, or installation tasks as may be assigned by Adhere to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and established safety
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Fabrication and Assembly
