[RESPONSIBILITIES]

  • Recruitment Support : Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
  • Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records.
  • Policy Implementation : Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
