This role is a key member of our sales team based in Manila, focused on finding and driving both short and long term opportunities. You ideally have experience in solution selling, using products such as Atlassian to drive transformational services solutions to customers.
What you’ll be doing 💪
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and partners by understanding their focus, anticipating their needs, and solving their problemsPerform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networkingGenerate leads, manage pipeline, update forecast, develop and execute account plansClose opportunities to achieve sales targetsFollow up with customers regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunitiesMaintain CRM and accounts plans for customers and prospectsCoordinate internal and external resources to improve customers' experienceStay current with ServiceRocket's offerings and industry trendsHost product demonstrations, webinars and other online events to educate customers and prospectsIllustrate the value of ServiceRocket's products and services to create growth opportunitiesParticipate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings, and client meetingsResearch and assist with program development for existing customers and new prospectsWhat you’ll bring to the table 🧑💻
Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.Proven track record of closing large complex enterprise deals. Atlassian technology knowledge and experience is a huge plus.Proven track record working in B2B environments / marketplaces.Experience in working with Tech or IT Services companies.Experience in developing strategic customer relationships and partnerships.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to exceed expectations.Competency in the typical back office support tools and CRM software.Ability to work hybrid and visit customer's office as required
