About the Program

The ASG Developer Residency is a two-year, scholarship-based, stipend-supported training-to-hire program designed to fast-track capable developers into elite professionals.

Fully remote, following U.S. working hours (CST)

Real-world coding projects and deliverables

One-on-one mentorship and team collaboration

Intensive, hands-on learning leading to career readiness in two years

Compensation and Growth

Monthly stipend : ₱32,000–₱35,000 (with scheduled increases)

After Year 1 : HMO, stock options, paid time off, and allowances

Top-performing residents : ₱100,000+ monthly salary with full benefits

After one year, residents become eligible for ASG stock options—a rare opportunity for remote developers to share directly in the company’s long-term growth.

Requirements

Strong coding foundation (academic or self-taught)

Personal computer and stable internet connection

Full-time commitment (no other jobs, gigs, or school)

Filipino citizen based in the Philippines

Technical Baseline

Successful candidates should demonstrate :

Core programming fundamentals and clean coding practices

Problem-solving and debugging skills under constraints

Collaboration and clear communication in remote teams
