Job descriptionMust be a graduate of BS Accountancy Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required. Must be a licensed lawyer. Minimum 8 years of experience in Tax practice with Accounting / Tax Firms with at least three (3) years experience in handling of Tax functions in private / multinational companies Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (Hybrid set-up) What's your expected monthly basic salary? Which of the following types of qualifications do you have? How many years' experience do you have as a taxation manager? Have you completed a professional qualification in accounting? How many years' experience do you have in tax law? How many years' experience do you have as a Corporate Taxation Lawyer? Do you have a current license as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines?

JOB OVERVIEW
Provide strong support to the Global Tax Director / Head.
Handle and resolve low to moderate tax issues in daily operations.
Assist in resolving complex tax issues.
Draft tax memoranda, BIR ruling requests, protests, and legal briefs.
Possess thorough knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
Review tax-related reports and returns prepared by Accounting Shared Services, including :
- Quarterly income tax returns
- Reconciliations and schedules required by BIR / BOC examiners for tax audits
- Documents for submission to BIR / BOC examiners
Participate in tax planning for the Company.
