ROLE TITLE : Regulatory Affairs Department Head

BUSINESS UNIT : Estate Water

ROLE PURPOSE : Ensure smooth and continued business operations and overall good Company image by providing guidance on stakeholder management and implementation of sustainable development programs, leading the team in creating internal and external communication tools and promoting brand awareness, and monitoring overall compliance of the company with government regulations and service obligations in contracts entered into by the Company. Provide guidance during rate rebasing exercise of the company and ensure that the tariff increase schedule is closely followed and timely implemented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

100% Compliance with Concession Agreement (CA) and Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) provisions and service obligations and all government regulations.
Implementation of CA-Guaranteed Tariff increases and approval of proposed rates
Adherence to sustainable development model
Effective and timely communication tools and branding initiatives
Green Rating on Stakeholder Relationship
Client-specific outputs in accordance with service request

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course

With work experience in regulatory planning, policy research and analysis, business area operations, LGU coordination, stakeholder management

Proven track record in planning and executing advocacy strategies and successfully managing conflict and other issues with the public, private and civil society sectors
