Job Description for Software Engineer (Experienced)

The Software Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and systems. This position involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑centered software solutions. The role also includes contributing to system architecture, participating in peer code reviews, and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in software development using C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with version control systems (such as Git) and code review practices in team environments.
• Proven problem‑solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and basic design principles.
• Experience in Python and / or C / C++ is a plus.
• Background in hardware / software integration or working with microcontrollers is a plus.
