• Process Special Pricing Request
• Support sales and the internal department in administering and validating all vendor pass through special pricing programs
• Answer incoming calls and e-mails to fulfill request for information and resolution of basic standard issues.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications
• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• High-Volume Transaction Handling
• Attention to detail
