Company Background We are representing one of our clients - leading premium home and interior brand We are looking for a Retail Showroom Manager to lead their Melaka team and drive sales, service, and operational excellence.

Position is based in Melaka Job Description Lead and inspire a showroom team to deliver outstanding sales results and service standards.

Build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors.

Plan and execute retail strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.

Manage CRM tools to track performance, nurture leads, and optimize conversion.

Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, and day-to-day excellence.

Coach, train, and develop your team for long-term success.

Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field.

Minimum 23 years experience in retail management preferably in luxury retail, interior design, or building materials .

Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.

Proficiency in CRM and digital tools for data-driven decision making.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin ( to cater diversed clients) Passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
