College graduate or at least 2 years in college
BPO or call center experience is a plus (but not required!)
Bonus if you have experience in healthcare or customer service
Excellent English communication skills
Clear voice, neutral accent, and strong listening skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work on shifting schedules
