We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team in supporting multiple healthcare practices and a wellness studio. Requirements
Responsibilities Create and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest for three distinct brand accounts Design visually appealing graphics and content using Canva or similar design tools Craft and distribute newsletters and email communications that resonate with our parent community Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy Maintain and update website content using WordPress Manage various digital platforms including Notion, ManyChat, and Google Workspace Track and organize content calendars and marketing initiatives Coordinate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely content delivery Requirements Exceptional written English communication skills with ability to write clear, engaging content Demonstrated comfort and sensitivity when discussing topics related to parenting, babies, and breastfeeding Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) Experience with content creation tools, particularly Canva Working knowledge of common business tools (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Basic familiarity with WordPress for website updates Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent time management with proven ability to meet deadlines Professional communication skills and proactive approach to project updates Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving needs
