Position Overview :

As a Support and Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in assisting potential and existing clients across multiple channels—phone, email, and social media. Your job is to ensure each customer has a smooth and supportive experience while also helping them move forward confidently with their publishing goals. Whether you’re resolving a concern or closing a sale, your efforts directly contribute to the company's growth—and your income.

What You'll Be Doing :

Customer Support & Engagement

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers through email and social media with timely, helpful responses.
• Follow support and sales scripts while personalizing the experience when appropriate.
