Position Overview
The Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the company’s social media strategy to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and strengthen online presence. This hybrid role combines social media management with creative design, requiring expertise in crafting compelling visuals and content that align with marketing objectives and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business goals.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize visibility and engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, followers, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Graphic Design & Creative
Conceptualize and design marketing materials, including social media posts, digital ads, posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, and videos.Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.Support or execute photography and videography needs when required.Create visuals for campaigns, promotions, events, and internal communications.Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.2–3 years of experience in both social media management and graphic design.Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.Strong copywriting and content creation skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
