Job Description

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet store targets
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Prepare reports on sales performance and store operations
• Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• Experience Level : 1-3 years of experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Skills and Competencies : Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Working Conditions : Fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Qualities and Traits : Organized, proactive, reliable, and a team player.
