Job descriptionMinimum 7 years’ experience in relevant sales, marketing, or product leadership roles Clinical experience as a Medical Technologist or Phlebotomist highly advantageous Preferred background in Medical Devices and / or Pharmaceuticals Strong networks with haematologists and within the blood banking community Proven success in product management from concept through to commercialization Experience working with and managing distributor relationships Extensive knowledge of product applications / therapies and relevant product markets Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and clinical strategic planning Ability to assess customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate into effective go-to-market strategies Working knowledge of domestic and international markets and global marketing strategy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and drive strategy Collaborative mindset and ability to work across cross-functional and global teams Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
