Reconciliations : Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts to ensure all records are accurate.
Reporting : Assist in preparing financial reports and statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, to provide management with an overview of the company's financial health.
Compliance : Help with local statutory and government requirements, such as preparing and filing tax returns with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Administrative Support : Provide clerical assistance to the finance department, including maintaining files, handling paperwork, and responding to inquiries.
Invoice Processing : Review and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and proper authorization.
Payment Processing : Schedule and process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
Record-keeping : Maintain meticulous and organized records of all accounts payable transactions and documentation.
Invoicing : Prepare and issue sales invoices and official receipts to customers.
Collections : Track incoming payments, post receipts, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Reconciliation : Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies or inquiries.
